Data collected
Only the information you voluntarily enter in the request form is collected:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number, if you provide it
- Nature of the request, town or destination, dates, guest numbers and duration
- The message you write
No data is collected without your knowledge. This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to propose profiles matching your needs. Processing rests on your voluntary enquiry and on the company’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives.
Your information is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
Recipients
Requests are sent directly to the company. When a profile is proposed, only the information needed to understand the assignment is shared with them. No property address, client name or confidential detail is published or disclosed to third parties.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to follow up any business relationship that results, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your information. To exercise them, write to the email address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
