Household staff on board
A galley is not a kitchen, and a crew is not a household team. Worth saying plainly.
We are asked fairly often for a chef or service staff on board, usually by owners who already know us ashore. We do it, with one condition: that everyone understands what is different.
What changes
The galley is small, storage is limited, and there is no running out for a forgotten ingredient. The boat moves, which rules out certain preparations and certain plating. And there is a chain of command: the captain decides, and a chef who does not accept that will not last the week.
What we do not do
We do not place deck or engineering crew, and we do not handle maritime certification. For that you need a crew agency. We cover the household side: chef, butler, service, interior — nothing more.
