Private chef for a chalet in Méribel
Family chalets in the Trois Vallées, and weeks organised around the children.
Méribel attracts families, and that shows in the rhythm of the day: early breakfast, packed lunches for the ski school, a proper tea on the way home, and dinner at two sittings because the children eat before the adults.
A chef must handle that without complaint. It is less prestigious than a gastronomic dinner for twelve, and considerably harder to maintain for seven days running.
The chalets are mostly wooden, on the mountainside, with kitchens that are decent but not professional. It is worth asking what equipment is actually there before planning anything elaborate.
