Private chef in Èze
Three levels, three corniches, and nearly as many ways to reach you. Better to know which one before the day itself.
Èze comes in three storeys: the seafront, the Moyenne Corniche where most villas sit, and the perched village at the top. Saying “I am in Èze” tells us almost nothing, and it is the first thing we ask to pin down.
Access governs the rest. The hairpins discourage large deliveries, parking is scarce, and a service team arriving at the height of summer traffic can lose forty minutes on the last two kilometres. We set the timings around that rather than suffer them.
What Èze houses have in common
The view, and the fact that it shapes the evening. Dinners are built around sunset, which demands service timed to the minute and a kitchen able to hold while nobody leaves the terrace. It is a precise exercise, and not every chef enjoys it.
